The following screen captures come directly from Thavorn Beach Hotel’s screen in the UP2 back office, and they report on the month of June 2023. In that month, almost 70% of every e-mail we sent was opened at least one time.

The graph below measures how many of the people who opened the emails went on to our shopping cart, and browsed to see if there was something they wanted to buy. NOTE THE 98.1% RATIO. These are extremely positive numbers in any industry.
