The guest chooses to either forfeit a night’s turnover service, or to pay (3 pounds / 3.5 euro / 4 dollars) to buy the service. In return you will plant a tree in their name (which we will take care for you).
We manage all communications with the guest, we collect the appropriate payment from you in our monthly invoice, and we send (on your behalf) the post-stay tree-planting confirmations when the donation is made.
All this is done without any manual interventions from you. In addition, we will be listing you with our CRS pages as a green partner, and - when the threshold of one thousand dollars in contributions is met - we will publish your name in tree-planting charitable organisations’ donor’s lists.

Upgrade2 is an e-commerce platform specifically dedicated to ancillary sales and services for the hotel industry. We are firm believers that for the same reasons that you have an e-commerce booking engine on your website to take reservations (instead of waiting for someone to e-mail you), you also want to have an e-commerce platform to allow your guests to interact with you after a reservation is done.
Sending the right e-mail, with the right offer, to the right guest, even if the guest booked you from someone like Agoda, Expedia or even Bookings.com, is essential and easy! UP2 enables you to define LIVE offers SPECIFICALLY FOR EACH GUEST, personalised for their stay, no matter where they have booked from. It is all done simply and quickly.

Your customers can now see three distinct options when they receive their confirmation e-mail.
Customise Your Stay. The customer is prompted to visit your upgrade2 e-commerce pages and customise their stay - at no extra cost. This allows you to know exactly what the customer wants, which increases their levels of satisfaction - and your social media ratings.
Select Add Ons. The customer is prompted to visit your upgrade2 e-commerce pages and select the ancillary products and services of your hotel. With everything being linked to their reservation, they get to see only the specific offers you want them to see. The customer is happy to be offered something relevant - and you increase your RevPAR.
Upgrade2 Roomtype. Your guest is prompted to request (and get at any point that is convenient for you) an upgrade to their room type. As you are free from Travel Agency parity contracts, you can now offer a good discount to your guest, and only allocate them the room you want to allocate, when it is convenient for you.
